Terms and conditions
• You can pay through the Tamara option available through Safar Point's customer service staff and soon on our website safar-point.com.
• The Tamara payment option is available as one of the payment options for flight or accommodation bookings for a specific price range.
• The minimum booking value is 250 SAR and the maximum is 5,000 SAR.
• Payment using Tamara is available for all bookings whether through the website, visiting branches or through the call centre. The same price restrictions will apply to them.
• Tamara can be used with other available offer codes and loyalty programs. However, Safar Point reserves the right to amend this condition at any time without prior notice.
• The approval process for payments made through Tamara is at its sole discretion. Safar point has no authority in the event of rejection or error when using Tamara as a payment method.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Tamara’s “Service Fee” will be refunded in the event of bookings not being processed.
• A portion of the Tamara “Service Fee” will be refunded for cancelled bookings.
• In the event of cancellation or modification, Tamara will be responsible for refunding the amounts paid and eligible for refund.
• Safar point reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at its sole discretion.
• Safar point will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorized access incurred in connection with Tamara payments or any action or decision taken by you in reliance on information relating to the use of Tamara on the Safar point website.

• You can pay through Tabby on the KSA versions of the Safar Point app and website.
• Tabby will only be available as a payment method for flight or hotel bookings within a set price range.
• The minimum booking amount is SAR 250 and the maximum is SAR 10,000.
• Tabby can be used as a payment method for both online and offline bookings. The same price limitations apply.
• Tabby can be used along with voucher codes, Safar Point wallet points, and other available loyalty programs but Safar Point reserves the right to change this condition at any time without prior notice.
• The approval of payments through Tabby is at the sole discretion of Tabby. Safar Point has no control over any rejections or failures using Tabby as a payment method.
• Tabby cannot be used in conjunction with bank instalments or credit card payments.
• Tabby’s “processing fee” will be refundable for failed bookings.
• Tabby’s “processing fee” will be partially refundable for cancelled bookings.
• In case of cancellations or amendments, all eligible Tabby refunds will be processed through Tabby. Safar Point will notify Tabby to refund the customer with the eligible amount.
• Safar Point reserves the right to amend or cancel this program at its sole discretion.
• Safar Point will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized access occurring in connection with Tabby payments or any action or decision made by you in reliance on the information concerning Tabby usage on the Safar Point website and app.
